Update from the NPC: Phase 2 of the registration process about to start
Sharing with you this update from the National Privacy Commission.
Note though that only companies with registered Data Protection Officers can proceed to Phase 2. If you don't have a DPO registered yet, you may still submit the requirements with the NPC. The NPC is still accepting DPO registrations, but these will now be considered as "late registration."
