Cheat sheets to NPC Advisory Opinions
I read all of the National Privacy Commission's Advisory Opinions so you don't have to. And I am sharing the cheat sheet to the more important ones.
The slides are actually my presentation for the First Multi-Functional Data Privacy Summit organized by IAM Consultancy Services Manila. I was asked to give insights on data-intensive industries like finance, health, insurance, etc. but I decided to discuss key NPC opinions instead. I felt it was better to give data privacy practitioners actual opinions that they can cite. What could be a more reliable opinion than that of the NPC?
